My cat has had many health problems over the years & we have moved a lot, which meant vet changes. Naturally, he has become more agitated going to a vet office over time, so we tried the home-vet services here. By far, this has been 1000% better than any other vet experience. Jinny is so intelligent, skillful, and resourceful. Very grateful for her care.

Dr Lin is an amazing vet and such a kind person. She is very quick to respond and brings a wealth of knowledge right to your door. When we had to say goodbye to our sweet pups, Dr. Lin was there to make those journeys as peaceful and supportive as possible. Highly recommend!

So grateful for Dr. Jinny Lin! Dr. Lin came recommended to us by a colleague from work. We have multiple pets (3 cats and one dog) and having a vet come to our house is convenient and so much less stressful for everyone involved. I recommend Dr. Lin for her expertise, compassion, and down-to-earth, kind-hearted service. Allow me to explain. For one, I have never had a vet spend significant time with my animals during appointments, beyond the typical in-and-out of a veterinary chain. To have someone not rush through care is a novelty to me and incredibly meaningful. I have also never had a vet who has taken my calls and texts (promptly and sometimes on her personal time) whenever I’ve had pressing health questions/issues. There’s good service and then there’s going the extra mile and Dr. Lin has provided outstanding service in this regard. There is genuine empathy and care behind her interactions and I have also never felt pressured to pay for services or products that are unnecessary. In fact, I can think of countless situations in which she’s counseled me on how to save money and avoid burdensome costs. I appreciate this beyond words. Her services are also incredibly reasonably- priced. When Dr. Lin first started seeing our animals, we had a senior dog with a cancerous tumor. Dr. Lin advised us on care, outlined what to expect and, when the time came, she was there to help us say goodbye. On that absolute worst day for us, she offered to transport our dog to the cremation facility so that we wouldn’t have to pay extra for pick-up services. She also picked up and dropped off the cremains of our girl for us. This level of compassion and kindness touched me deeply. Thank you to Dr. Lin for the wonderful care she provides in our community! Jinny is a wonderful caring vet. I’m no longer in the area, but I absolutely loved having her come right to the house. I have a Chihuahua and the fact that she doesn’t get all stressed out every time she has to see the vet was absolutely wonderful. Jinny was great with Luna, and I totally understood when it was time for her to take time off for maternity leave. I wish nothing but success in the future for her and her business and I hope you give her a chance.
