(from Google)I took a friend to the Norwich Veterinary with her dog who passed away. The employees were very sympathetic, and patient with my friend. They (employees) explain what the steps for cremation clearly. My friend was heartbroken but at ease. Thank you Norwich Veterinary for the compassion, caring, friendly, and Love for all the years that chloe went to your office.
I didn't remember why I hadn't return to this particular vet, but ooh boy I remember now. He has NOOO bedside manner & seemingly NO concern for the fur parents. I'm regretting ever bringing her back to him, but he was close & open. He diagnosed her with kidney damage NOT kidney failure. Yeah right. He sent us home after his blood test. At home began having seizures, & we immediately rushed her to Piper Veterinary hospital. BEST HOSPITAL EVER! Unfortunately our Siamese beauty continued spiralling downward. The wonderful & compassionate doctor at Piper, explained that the cause was, get this, KIDNEY FAILURE. The staff & doctor made her comfortable until we said our goodbyes. We will continue using Piper Veterinary hospital for all our pet babies. It's a longer trip but it's worth it. We will send all of our friends & family to Piper Veterinary hospital. We will NEVER recommend Norwich vet hospital, especially the inconsiderate doctor with ABSOLUTELY noooo bedside manner at all. If you happen to be wealthy he might work better with you. Btw, the staff was great & that's why I gave Norwich veterinary hospital 2 stars. The vet gets 0. To each his/her own, but we & our friends will NOT be back. Do the research in vets you choose for your fur babies, or feathered babies, don't just look at so-called "good reviews". Brokenhearted. NEVER AGAIN!!!! Please learn from my mistake. Please get another opinion, don't trust this one vet.
Took my dog Nipsy in for a checkup and shots. Staff was very friendly and the vet was wonderful with him! Priced very affordably and we will be making this our new vet for our boy! Look forward to many years of care and service for our fur baby.
Dr Baig and his staff are excellent. Great at fitting you in too! I do rescue plus have my own pets and they always welcome each pet warmly.
We had a sick kitty that nobody from our area or surrounding towns could see immediately. He sadly passed away waiting for an appointment. His brother and littermate then became ill a week later. Again we couldn't get an appointment. I remembered finally this name a friend once mentioned 25 miles away and googled Norwich Veterinary hospital. They saved our 5 year old kitty "Sweetie's" life this week. The Dr was swift to action, gentle, communicated the issues and ordered the tests and immediately dosed and set up a new diet plan with us. The staff all 5 that we saw were amazing and happy people, again ready to help and full of concern and emotional, logistical, and administrative support then and a few days later when my food order came in. We're moving all our pets here as they are open 7 days a week and don't turn people away to places that also turn people.away. Special diet for our male cat - don't feed male cats store bought.dry food!! OMG all of this could have been averted. Science Diet for life. Thank you all so very much ❤️
