Nora's care is fantastic from first phone call to leaving. Dr blakeslee is probably the best vet I have ever had the pleasure of using. The staff is the absolute best. You can tell they care and never make you have silly questions. Nora is very ill but dr Blakeslee has the knowledge to help Nora. I love Norwichtown Vet Hospital. Thanks for Nora care. The staff at Norwichtown Veterinary Hospital are professional and friendly and show a genuine interest & concern for my pets and offer very helpful suggestions for ongoing care & needs. I was able to get an appointment to fit my schedule within a week for a recent annual visit. They have email & text reminders & contact which is very helpful. Recently I had an emergency with my almost 19-year-old poodle. I called and was able to bring her right in. Unfortunately, she passed away on the way to the office. I was in a very emotional state at that time and the vet tech who tended to my pup was amazing and made what was a very emotional & devastating loss much easier in her care and handling of my pup and helping me through the process of arranging for final care. I very much appreciated her care & kindness that sad day. My overall experience with Norwichtown Vet has been very positive and I would recommend their services to anyone looking for Vet care for their pets.

Everyone was very friendly, kind, knowledgeable, and personable. Onyx seemed to have a smooth experience for his first time. Also the Vet tech or assistant? She was super easy going, understanding, and very thoughtful! The one with an arm sleeve from Flatts tattoo. Super awesome! All the compliments!👍🏽👍🏽

I was updating vaccines and it was a fairly quick process so I appreciated that wveryone takes the time to say hello to Loma and they are so gentle with her which makes a difference as she is not the most trustworthy dog. The staff from the front desk, to techs and vet are all pretty great and friendly. There was a note in Loma's files saying that Dr.Tretter likes to see Loma. That made my day when making appointment so its the little things for me.

I have always had great experiences with Norwichtown Veterinary Hospital. Most recently, I had an urgent situation with my pet and they were able to fit me in right away. The doctor was very attentive and informative, and I felt that my pet received excellent care. The doctor went above and beyond by being available for follow up care after his appointment as well as available by phone for updates.
