Wally's All Breed Grooming

Thank you for doing such a great job with Wallace the Westie last week. I got him from the Westie Rescue 3 years ago and this is by far the best cut he's ever had. We had a run of bad luck with grooming services so it was such a relief to walk into your shop and sense a feeling of calm & kindness.

I couldn't be any happier and glad to know Wally‘S All Breed Grooming🐕 I love my dog. I don't leave With anybody else except in Wallys, All Breed Grooming. I leave months at a time every year. That's where my dog goes. It makes me happy and make my trip Pleasanton. I don't have to worry a bout my dog ! I highly recommend if you love your dog 🐕. Love T Old

I have been going to Wally‘s All-Breed Grooming for over 30 years. I have had several different dog breeds, and Wallys’s always gives an excellent haircut! My veterinarian has been impressed on numerous occasions on how well groomed my dogs are. Additionally, the staff at Wallys are knowledgeable, personable and always available. I would rate them five out of five and have no reservations!

Not a 1st place dog grooming establishment. I dropped my Emotion Support Service Animal off on 10/23/25 for standard grooming. He is a miniature poodle but don't get a poodle cut. Just trim of existing cut. I advised them that he had a collapsed trachea which was a birth defect. When stressed he has trouble getting enough air into his lungs and makes a coughing noise. This was my 2nd visit as I recently moved to Virginia Beach. When I picked him up I noticed when the groomer took him out of the crate, she stopped by a table a sprayed something on his rear area. I thought it was a scent of some sort but must have been something to stop the bleeding. I carried him to the car and put him in his car seat. He coughed and whined all the way home. Very abnormal behavior for him. Upon arriving home I noticed blood and mucus leaking out of his anus. After cleaning him up I saw a cut across his anus. He was so upset he could not settle and continued to have trouble breathing until 2 AM. I was getting ready to take him to an Emergency Vet Hospital as I don't have a local vet yet. I was NOT notified that he had been accidentally injured which is unethical and unprofessional. I will not be returning to Wally's and urge caution to anyone considering their grooming service.

Mandi and the team always take very good care of my pups! I highly recommend Wally's for all types of grooming. My husky and Aussie mix (recently passed 🌈) are/were excited to see the staff every time I brought them in. They are clearly very caring and work hard to ensure every pet has a good experience (which is hard to find). You can see the before and after (much happier) of my Aussie finally getting ready for his summer bod 😆 As for my husky, she always has a judgemental face lol but she's definitely more comfortable here than anywhere else I've taken her for a bath. ❤️
