Staff was extremely helpful. Exceptional customer service! The manager training the new associate was so professional.

The girl at the register not offering to call the Middletown store to see if they had a different size dog coat. She was so lazy and reluctant to offer any help except ringing up my purchase. She wouldn’t even give me the Middletown store phone number. You can look it up on your phone is not the right thing to tell a customer. My days of going to Petco are done, I guess having to do her job is too much for her

Went last weekend, the conditions of the fish were deplorable. I took home the healthiest fish shown in the picture below which was a baby betta with severe stress stripes and her body was basically translucent from how cold she was. The rest of the fish were on the verge of dying with conditions like velvet, dropsy, swim bladder disease. The other two photos I’ve attached are her progress from being in warm, clean water. Don’t let any of these chain stores convince you that the conditions they put their fish in are ok.

A few months ago I lost my Siamese cat, Mollie, she was 17 years old when she passed and I was devastated. I contacted all the places I could think of to get another Siamese cat. One of the places I contacted was Eatontown Petco. They told me they were going to be getting one. I called and visited and finally I saw Sasha in the store and she was the image of my Mollie. I asked about her and was told by a worker to fill out an application which I immediately did do. I waited, I called letting them know that I wanted this cat. I started to visit the store where I was able to pet Sasha. I was also able to talk to some workers there who knew I wanted Sasha. Then came the day that the cage Sasha was in was empty and I asked one of the workers where she was and they said “Sasha has gone onto her new home”. I was so saddened by this. It was not very nice of them to not even let me know.

Sabrina is the best!! Me and my fiancé are in there every two weeks to test our water and add more fish friends to our 20gallon!! She’s always pointing us in the right direction and is as sweet as can be!!
