(from Google)This place was reasonable overall considering… I have an ancient miniature poodle with absolutely terrible dental. She’s probably 12, and a rescue with unknown history. So I was very worried about if this is what she needed (my other dogs over the years never had poor oral…. ) she did great, the provider at Twin Peaks did very well and everything was so easy and simple. My pup is only four days post op- but she is more vibrant than pre surgery. Her total removal (final 12 teeth) made a world of a difference for her even while still in recovery. I can see this was very needed and we went to the right place. Again- I was very worried she has a oral nasal fistula, her gums were poor shape, her teeth appeared “rust welded” to her mandible… I really was impressed nothing was broken and or outside of their estimate.
They were so amazing with my dog and discussed everything in detail and up front with no surprises. I highly recommend coming here. They also have payment plans which helped us a lot with our baby needing her eye removed (as an expensive surprise expense). They are very professional and personable. Hoping I don’t need them again but definitely would go back if so.
From exam to actual surgery, every encounter was very pleasant and respectful. Office staff were friendly and informative. Our dog was treated very well. Follow up after surgery was thorough and much appreciated.
My dog was quoted a great price for a cleaning/extractions and we went ahead with the services. My dog, Bryant, can be reactive and is dog aggressive. They handled it so well and professional and treated us so well. They made accommodations so he would be as comfortable as possible and kept me informed about how he was doing. Kelsey the tech is AMAZING. She runs that place so smoothly and is so informative, personable, kind, and great at her job. The doctor was great too. Thank you for taking such good care of us today, it means so much to me as an anxious dog mom!
Our 10yr old Lhasa Apso Lilly (with the longest tongue in the free world….LOL)had a broken tooth and it had to be extracted. I came across Twin Peaks in Loveland and made her an appointment and took her in. Everyone was so sweet and kind and didn’t make me feel foolish for all of my questions and being a very protective fur-mama. They answered all my questions and got her scheduled quickly for the Twin Peaks Surgery Center in Evans. The Evans office also spoke with us before her surgery to ensure we knew what to expect and to answer any questions we had. The morning of her procedure was nervous time for us but when we arrived everything was amazing. The check-in was smooth and we received updates throughout her procedure and were able to pick her up sooner than expected. The staff followed up with us after she came home and we were free to contact them anytime for any questions we had. They made sure she had all of her meds when she came home and her recovery was beautiful. I do have to mention that Lilly is also my ESA as well as my fur-baby and I have to really feel trust and confidence in who we entrust her care to. To put it simply we love the staff at Twin Peaks Vet Clinic as well as Twin Peaks Surgery Center. They are amazing people and when found out that after your baby is examined they charge a flat fee for dental so there are no surprises. We have actually left our previous vet and she will solely see the doctors at Twin Peaks. I can’t thank them enough and they are amazing.
