We ended up here with a dog pooping blood and the staff was SO KIND. I only caught Andrew's name but the entire staff and the vet were great with my dog who was nervous and scared. The pricing was upfront and I didn't feel pressured to do the most expensive options. They explained things clearly and were great at communicating wait times because it did get busy. I will absolutely come here again in the chance I need an emergency vet again. The facilities were also very clean and well kept. I also appreciated the drinks they had as our wait was about 2 hours from arrival to leaving.

Great hospital! They helped my baby Prince with medicine heal from an abscess above his eye. They gave me options knowing I was on a fixed income. Thank you so much! ❤️

Dear ER Vet I am writing to share my experience and concerns regarding the emergency care provided to Bella, my friend’s husky, on Jan 30 ,2026 Bella was brought in after being struck by a car, and we were deeply concerned for her well-being and wanted to ensure she was not in pain. From the moment we arrived, the costs quickly escalated—$1,200 just to walk in the door. We understood the need for immediate pain management and x-rays, but as the night went on, we were repeatedly presented with new estimates and options for surgeries. At 2 a.m., we were told that simply observing Bella until morning would cost $4,000, and the focus seemed to shift toward the capabilities of your surgeon rather than Bella’s quality of life. Ultimately, Bella’s pelvis was broken, and it became clear that, despite any surgical intervention, her quality of life could not be restored. She spent $2,500 after having to make the heartbreaking decision to put her down. Throughout the process, we felt overwhelmed by the constant presentation of costly options and additional medications, rather than a compassionate discussion about what was truly best for Bella. We love our animals deeply and want to do what’s right for them. In this situation, we felt that the options offered were not sensible given Bella’s prognosis, and that the process added unnecessary stress during an already traumatic time. We hope you will consider our feedback and reflect on how these situations are handled, so that future families facing similar heartbreak can receive care that is both compassionate and realistic. Thank you for your attention. Sincerely, Kimberly Hall

Me & my daughter took my grandpup to ER... He had a little blood in his urine, the Vet, nurses & student Vets were amazing. This little dog has been in out family for almost 13 years and is very much loved & spoiled. Thank God it wasn't anything more serious.. I loved the whole atmosphere the hospital & exam rooms were super clean & didn't smell bad like some pet hospitals tend to smell. Thanks to the vet & staff my lil old grandpup is up & playful like usual... 🐕🐾❤️

Avoid taking your pets here if you care about their health and wellbeing. Spent nearly 5 hours here and charged $100s of dollars in tests on my little dog just for them to not give me a diagnoses AND charge us for medications that made her even worse. Now I’m having to take her somewhere else with a chance that she may lose her eyes because your veterinarians can’t be bothered to spend more than 5 minutes looking at my dog before giving us medication that worsened her condition and caused immense suffering. I know I’m not the only one who has similar experiences with this clinic. Save your money and your pet and go somewhere better.
