(from Google)This trip here was very disappointing. It's been a while since I've visited this park and it really is not being kept up like it used to be. There was trash along the trail, there was a trash receptacle that was missing the can (so trash was around it) and worse of all there was a lot of strange activity going on in the parking lot. I witnessed vehicles meeting for short visits with one another. There were some blatant what I could assume to be drug exchanges occuring. I didn't stay very long due to having a small child and not feeling safe. One unkept man followed me to my vehicle then stood oddly beside a beat up van while unloaded my child into my car. I'm glad I had my large dog with me. Also while I was loading up my vehicle a car two spaces over was having a very intimate meeting in their backseat. I couldn't believe how much I witnessed in such a short trip! I do not plan to return here especially with my small child any time soon!
Very beautiful place, with a long hiking trail. Many areas to sit and enjoy the scenery
A little overgrown. It was overall a nice park with paved paths, several water access areas, picnic tables, and benches. They do have restrooms up front. Lots of beautiful foliage and beautiful views.
Nice park, best part it’s shaded for 80% of it - wasn’t sure if it was a loop or not, not tons of maps but nice overall - ppl seemed to be hanging out in their cars In parking lot?
My family and I had a great time! What a peaceful walk with beautiful sights! It was so calming with great memories made.
