I booked an appointment a week in advance. They were supposed to be here at 3:00. At 3:45 I received a text saying they were running late and would be there at 5:00. At 5:00 they called and said they wouldn’t be there until 7:00, then said the groomer was over an hour away, and could I do something in 4 days. I said No. If this is how they treat a new customer, I wouldn’t feel comfortable with how they would interact with my dog. Hey, they did send me a coupon for a big whopping 5% off if I booked again. Very unprofessional.

We recently used Primed Pooches for the first time, and I want to share our experience honestly and gratefully. The convenience of having a grooming truck come right to our home is incredible. As pet parents, that alone reduces so much stress for both us and our dogs. After the first grooming session, we noticed a few things were not exactly how we had hoped. Our pets’ hair mats quickly, so the cut needed to be slightly shorter. The nails were not trimmed as much as we prefer. We also wanted a bit more trimming around the eyes and ear cleaning done. When we called the company two days later to share our feedback, we were not sure what to expect. What happened next is what truly impressed us. They graciously offered to come back and redo everything according to our exact specifications - completely free of charge. No defensiveness. No excuses. Just pure customer care. That is what real service looks like. The team listened carefully, took notes, and made sure everything was done exactly how we wanted the second time. That level of responsiveness builds trust. Customer service is not about being perfect the first time. It is about how you respond when something needs improvement. Primed Pooches absolutely delivered. We are grateful and look forward to building a long-term relationship with them. Highly recommended.

There were no knots. She checked throughout. She confirmed with me to leave about an inch length of the hair to be left on the body. Yet after an hour she gives my pup back with 2mm hair on the body left. What?!? Why?!? She gives some stupid reasons like she found knots so she had cut the hair off. So, would you not check with me before making such a drastic change to what was planned?!? So UNPROFESSIONAL. NEVER EVER.
