Dr. Groenwold and the vet tech who assisted us were fantastic! Kind, patient and honest. They were so sweet to my pup and I appreciated that our appointment never felt rushed (like so many other vets offices do). Dr. G took the time to listen and answer my many questions and explained everything in great detail. The office staff were also flexible and easy to work with. So glad to have this resource in my neighborhood!

We’ve relied on PPV for so much, and I’m not sure you’ll find a better vet anywhere. From compassionate euthanasia in our home for one of our K9’s, to regular medical care for the other, the team at PPV has been through all of our ups and downs. We experienced two medical emergencies with our animals, and had to be seen after normal business hours. One which Dr Newman saved the life of our Jordan girl performing emergency surgery to fix a stomach flip. The other was when our beloved Boots left us very unexpected on a Saturday afternoon. Boots was not a regular patient of PPV, but due to our existing relationship, we were met after hours by compassionate and kind staff who helped us process the traumatic grief. I will never, and I mean NEVER have enough words to thank this team for all they have done for us. If you’re looking for a vet, PPV is it. They really and truly make you feel like family.
