Novo Brazil Brewing - Otay Ranch

The food and drinks were great during today’s visit. The best part of our time here were the big screens and the excellent Sevice from our server SANDY. She kept us with plenty of food and drinks, constantly paying attention to our table and the ones around us. This type of service is what bars and restaurants need to keep the customers happy and wanting to come back.

Excellent place to enjoy a game. Inaki our server provided excellent service. The healthy bowls were delicious. I had their signature margaritas and they were amazing. I would highly recommend Novo.

Had an amazing experience at Novo Brewhouse in Otay Ranch! Sandy was our server and she was absolutely fantastic. From the moment we sat down, she was welcoming, attentive, and super knowledgeable about the menu and drinks. She made great recommendations, must try “La ola dragon fruit kombucha”10/10!! She checked in on us at just the right times, and made sure everything came out perfectly. You can really tell she cares about her guests and takes pride in what she does. The service alone made the experience even better. We’ll definitely be back and hope to have Sandy as our server again!!

I love this location it’s very clean the atmosphere is always great. The staff is always friendly but i especially enjoy having Sandy as my server. She always greets me with a smile and is very attentive throughout the whole time I am there. I have been there for special events and even though it gets super busy she manages to always check in. She’s very friendly and a hard worker if you happen to stop by this location hopefully you’ll get her as your server. 5 star experience!

I was a little hesitant to come to this brewery because of some of the bad reviews I read however my experience was good. Costumer service was excellent, the servers were attentive and always asking if I needed something. Maybe because I went on a time when there wasn't that many people. Happy hours deals are good. Other reviews mention the food is expensive but compared to other restaurants in the mall the prices are very competitive. Food is good. The French fries were addictive and empanadas and chimichurri on point. The fish Taco was OK. I tried 4 different beers, you have a lot of alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks To choose from. I didn't like all the beers I tried however that's something normal when trying beers. Overall, I had a good experience I will come back and try their Kombuchas and other beers. 🍺 🍻
