The Madison Dog Resort & Spa

Picked up my dog today after first time boarding. He looked alright but was upset about the communication with the place. We left our elderly dog for 10 days - the camera system they promise to have sucks and is very old. Could barely get any access to it. Then I emailed and never had a return email at all. I called a couple of times for updates on my own will but I feel like in 2025 we should have some communication about our dogs especially for so many days. I didn’t need a daily update but at least once in a while and if camera system sucks at least some pictures to make sure our family dog is okay. If I had not called I would not have had any communication with the place. Will never use again.

Madison Dog Resort is amazing! The staff is so caring, and the facility is spotless and thoughtfully designed. Our French Bulldog loves it here and always comes home happy. We especially appreciate the updates and photos they send. Highly recommend for top-notch pet care!

I am so thrilled to have found the Madison for my dog, Bowie! This was my first time boarding him since rescuing him last year, and I was more nervous than he was! When I picked him up, he was clean from his bath, well cared for, and had an absolute blast playing with his new doggie friends! I can’t recommend this enough for any dog owner. Thank you Madison Dog Resort & Spa for taking such amazing care of my boy. We will absolutely be back!

I love the Madison - it has been a Godsend when my dog is full of energy and I don't have time for a long walk, or if I am out for the day - so much nicer for them to be with other dogs and people. They supervise the dogs and give helpful feedback. It is clean and the people who work there are consistently friendly and not a lot of turnover so they are familiar faces and really get to know your dog. Kelly and the grooming staff are also really great - one of my dogs is really difficult to handle for baths but Kelly is always able to do it and never complains about her! Victor who runs The Madison is a really great person - cares very much about the business!

My dog loves going to the Madison (or the "bark bark" as he knows it). Whenever I mention that we're going to the bark bark, he gets so excited and is ready to bolt out the door. I know he plays hard and has a great time because he takes a big nap on the ride home. The humans at the Madison are great, too! They also do grooming, which is so convenient and my little guy gets to have some playtime before he gets his haircut. Definitely recommend!
