(from Google)Great hike leading to a great view of the ocean
You can connect Aliso summit trail to Laguna Nigel top of the world park and Seaview park (easy). From Seaview park, you can hike down to Laguna Beach (difficult).
One of the more accessible and most rewarding hikes in this area. The views are unbeatable at almost any time of day - sunset comes in first place though! Make sure to check for ticks post hike and bring a hat because there isn’t much shade.
Great views. Some burnt parts. We did halfway because the smell was still a bit strong from burnt house/soil/plants or chemicals they use.
Such a great walk/hike. The trail is wide and clear, some of the path is paved but it is mostly hard dirt. The view of the ocean between the mountains and the view inland are both gorgeous. There is some shade, but it is mostly a sunny trail. Gorgeous homes line the inside of the trail. It isn't super nature-y, but it is a comfortable walk/hike with a gorgeous view. I'd say it is great for a stroll and do able for someone getting back into walking or wanting to start small to move into hiking. Also, there are cute little gnome doors painted on the bases of some of the trees along the trail! That was super cute to see. Dog friendly and parking in the neighborhood at the start of the trail is very convenient.
