It’s hard for me to trust people when it comes to my two babies because I’ve had a lot of bad experiences, but Dr. Martinez and her staff have been so helpful. She knows exactly what she’s doing… her treatment plans have worked more than anyone else I’ve ever been to here in town and I’ve seen about 6-7 different vets. They all have their way of doing things which is fine, but a lot of them have been stubborn when I try to tell them certain things about my dogs (since I know them best and we are always at the vet) and either their treatment plans haven’t worked or it’s been the whole “you’re just the parent not a vet” situation and they don’t care about what I have to say based off my experiences. It’s been a lot of time and money wasted before coming here and I was even traveling out of town for all their appointments until a friend recommended her and her staff. The only bad thing is I wish I would’ve found them sooner!

We just loved this whole team from the Dr.Martinez, the staff and front desk. We had a great experience while in El Paso. Our dog loved coming there too. He knew he was loved there. They are the BEST!!! Sunitta & Albert

Holy Family is an amazing place. Dr. Martinez and her staff were incredibly helpful when our 12-year old doggy was very ill. She helped put him on the right medications and when it was time to let him go, her and her team were extremely supportive. She is the best vet my dog had been to, and I’ll be the first to admit that he could be difficult, but that didn’t take away from the service provided. I highly recommend Holy Family Pet Care.

They were absolutely amazing! Best staff I’ve seen at a vets office. They took me in quickly without an appointment and let me be with my dog the entire time which helped both mine and my dogs anxiety. They were thoughtful and gave treats to ease him too. Very decent prices as well. Definitely recommend this place.

We got our first dog Ranger. He was born with an eyelid issue that caused his eyelashes to rub his eye all the time. She was able to do a corrective surgery on him and completely fix it! Ranger loves Dr. Martinez and the staff! They spoil him and tolerate his craziness. Dr. Martinez also gave us valuable tips for us first-time dog parents. She answered all questions. Ranger so far has always been excited to go to the vet!
