Mississippi River down 4 feet for lock inspection and repairs. Amazing what you see in the river when it's so abnormally low. Beautiful fall day in the 70s in Minneapolis!
It is consistently beautiful strolling through towards the Stone Arch bridge & hearing the rush of the great Mississippi River on its journey southward to the Gulf of Mexico. Oh the stories it tells if one stops to listen.
