I have a bird and cats.. everything is significantly over priced as compared to Publix and Petsmart. Their bird food is always low. Then they ask at checkout if you want a bag… really?

Because I work in the area, I usually shop at this location close to closing time and have yet to experience rude, rushed customer service. Staff seems to be under 30, but trust, they are professional and knowledgeable: if one can't answer a question, they're not shy about asking for backup. I usually buy dry and moist cat food but have yet to encounter "bugs" in the first, as other reviews claim. Location is brightly-lit, pleasant-smelling and organized. Animals in stock seem happy, in clean enclosures I want to give a special shout out to the tall, blond associate (I forgot name--sorry!) who helped me purchase a bearded dragon and accessories in late March; a beardie Dad himself, his advice was phenomenal, HONEST and non-rushed. "Pedro" is still thriving, brightening our days with his antics; last year we lost a couple of pets due to illness and old age, so his presence has been a true gift. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK, PET SUPPLIES PLUS!

Love shopping here. Bought a small bag of dog food to try. My dogs didn’t like it, so I returned it for store credit. The employees then showed me the brand Redford Naturals, which is a better food and my dogs love it!

Great manager and we like their dog washing stations , very clean & easy to use . We recommend coming to this location!😃

I love coming here with my grandchildren. Our pups love it here too! I buy my dog food and gourmet doggie treats here. The kids and the pups love the dog washing club. Don't forget to get your card stamped! I highly recommend as it is always clean and neat with great knowledgeable staff to help you out!
