(from Google)Absolutely wonderful family-owned fish shop! The staff truly care about both their customers and the animals. They took the time to answer all my questions, offered honest advice, and never made me feel rushed. The fish are healthy, the tanks are clean, and it’s clear they take great pride in what they do. It’s refreshing to find a local aquarium store where customer service and animal care come first. Highly recommend to anyone looking for fish, aquarium supplies, or expert guidance!
Well worth the Trip! Sue is so helpful. As a beginner salt water tank owner she has been patient and a great mentor to me. Her store is well stocked with a variety of fish and corals. A big thumbs up for this store!
always happy to take the 40 minute drive from me to stop into this store and chat with the owner sue and take a look at what they have. super helpful people who have helped me with ideas to hardscape my rock work and getting my par dialed in. have picked up a bicolor blenny, a few inverts from them, and recently a beautiful superman rhodactis mushroom. plan to continue coming back and ordering through them as a beginner to the reef keeping hobby.
I was excited to visit this store to browse for some new fish for my existing tank. After reading a mix of reviews, I decided to stop by because many mentioned how knowledgeable the staff is. However, my experience quickly changed when I entered the store. I was shocked to see the older woman, who appeared to be the owner, yelling at a school-aged boy simply for touching one of the tanks. It was upsetting to witness—especially as a parent—because it’s understandable that children get curious and excited in places like this. Cleaning a few fingerprints off glass seems like a small price to pay for encouraging a child’s interest in fish. Unfortunately, this incident left me with a very negative impression and I immediately left. I wouldn’t consider this place kid-friendly, so if you do visit with children, make sure they don’t touch anything. The owner’s reaction was unnecessarily harsh and made the entire experience uncomfortable.
Sue is always a pleasure speaking with when my family and I come in. She knows her stuff and gives great suggestions! 🥰 Can’t wait to start a saltwater tank one day. This will be our go-to, one-stop shop!! 🤩
