What a beautiful walking area, peppered with plump prairie dogs. Truly stunning at sunset.

Nice spot to meditate while gazing at the open prairie. Take a walk on the cement pathway. Spectacular scenic view.

Great place for an urban hike, especially on a warm winter‘s day. If you’re lucky, you will see prairie dogs or an occasional lone coyote along the way. Be aware the trail crossing the area is very popular with cyclists.

Really peaceful and scenic views. Spent quite a few hours here with my puppy and just loved it. You can just sit and enjoy the views or take a stroll on a paved trail for miles. Definitely a great place to just enjoy nature by yourself or get your walk on and meet others going along the trail

It's a great spot for sunsets and it's got some nice trails for walking and biking. The observatory is the best spot to hang out at and takes pictures or just watch. It's got an info board about prairie dogs. There used to be a speaker box that made prairie dog calls but it's been removed and now there are just some wires hanging out
