I had the best experience as a new client. Even though my larger dog is rather “vocal” and anxious on vet visits, every single staff member made things smooth and stress-free. Dr. Yip is phenomenal and really took the time to discuss our issues.

Wade and Nole get the best treatment, exam, hugs, pictures , and are so excited to see all the employees here. They are treated like family here and all of the Vets are very thorough, gentle, and patient with them.

I gave this place 2 stars because it was clean and the front office staff was nice. I had booked a first appointment for my cat to get an exam. I showed up early as instructed so I could fill out paperwork. When we arrived, I was greeted and told a room should be available soon. One of the staff came and got us and asked if I was waiting for Dr. Kroger. I told her that online it had said Dr. Garcia would be seeing her. She explained that we would be waiting a while for Dr. Garcia, but Dr. Kroger is available to give Baby Girl her exam. She took us to a room and stated Dr. Kroger would be in soon. We waited until after 11am. The appointment time was 10:30am. I understand that there's possibly a little wait, but I was disappointed that no one ever came in. I had other errands, so I left. I won't come back due to this.

We chose Harris Parkway Veterinary Hospital based on its great reviews and the recent retirement of our longtime vet. We weren’t disappointed. The facility is clean and modern, but most importantly, the office and medical staff were professional, friendly and thorough. Our senior dog was having breathing issues. The vet tech that attended him was caring and gentle. Dr. Morgan Garcia did a wonderful job of handling him and explaining his diagnosis and recommendations that were realistic and didn’t feel like upsell pressure. I highly recommend this practice.

Dr. Yip is absolutely phenomenal. She genuinely cares for the animals and wants to ensure you as the owner are educated and making the best possible choice - while keeping budget in mind. Everyone here has been amazing and sweet. Cannot recommend this place enough.
