Corperate seems to keep this place pretty lightly staffed youd think the staff would be mean. But, however exhausted or busy any of them are each time ive gone they have been nothing but kind and helpful. Hopefully yall see this and know how appreciated you are and that your efforts arent wasted!

I called the Danada East location because I didn't take my receipt for a future for $10.00 when spending over $60. The gal who answered the phone was able to reprint my receipt. She was absolutely wonderful and so helpful. I believe her name was Riley?

After purchasing TEN 22-lb bags of Natural Balance dog food, Petco sends us an email indicating we have earned a FREE bag of dog food. When we arrived to Petco and presented the coupon, the female clerk indicated she could only apply a $60 value to my purchase of a 22lb bag of dog food, which is the size I typically purchase. There was no value amount indicated anywhere on the coupon, and I have received these coupons before, but this is the first time, someone ever decided to apply a "Value" to it. Very disappointed in this latest visit. In addition, this female clerk called "customer service" and told them "I have a lady here who wants to get an $80 bag of dog food for $60.00". That was not the case. The coupon was simply for a free bag of dog food. How did this end? I ended up paying an additional $25 for the FREE bag of dog food. Something is not right here!

Carly was amazing, she knew exactly what my dogs needed even though my description was vague. She was able to give me great information about the different services so I can choose what I felt what's best for my pets. Very knowledgeable about dog hair (length, coat etc) and ultimately the dogs came back looking great.
