Pet Supplies Plus North Naperville

The manager at this location was awesome! I didn't get a good look at his name but I believe it started with an 'A'. Super helpful and I love that this chain of stores has donation and recycling events.

I live closer to the Glen Ellyn location but I’ve always thought this was a very good location especially because there’s a lot of bath tubs for the dogs if you’re using the self service pet wash so that’s why I make the drive to Naperville. The staff are always friendly! Yesterday I took in my dog who’s being put to sleep this coming week, she needs lots of care & I wanted to make her look pretty for her funeral. I decided to go early to do the wash myself because at this point it’s hard for groomers to groom her. There’s a sign that says only 20 minutes per bath so others can use it. I went in and the store was empty. I was using one tub and the rest were cricket silence empty.I’ve always took about 40 minutes because it’s impossible to wash and fully dry a dog in 20 minutes. But yesterday i was the hardest wash I had with my dog her joints aren’t working properly so she needs rest to lay down which makes it difficult. I didn’t think it was a problem that I went over 20 minutes because the other spots were empty. I am aware other people have to use it. The GE location only has 2 tubs, I know others might come to use it, and so that’s why I came here bc there’s many! When I was drying my dog it took a while because the dryer/spot closest to the end side wall didn’t have enough force, the man who was at the register literally left his spot to come toward the back and told me I had to leave because others have to use it. (There was no others and the other spots were empty). I tried to explain to him what was going on and he seemed to pretend like he wasn’t listening to me either with a sarcastic smile on his face. He didn’t care. My dog left wet. I ended up going to the Glen Ellyn location to ask if I can finish drying her and the kind man understood.I just came to conclusion that some store locations don’t really care about the dogs health and needs just the sales.

Had a 40% off my total purchase coupon. Store was clean and well laid out. Was able to get several bags of cat litter at a great price.

I love how amazing they gave bath to my Siberian Husky, Wendy 😊 She's so clean,smelling fresh, fluffy, fully dried and trimmed the nails very well! Her paws are so soft and she's so relaxed and happy! Highly recommended!

We use the petwash every few weeks. It is always very clean and extremely convenient. Perfect water temp, plenty of room, complimentary towels, aprons, and dryers. Would recommend to anyone with dogs of any size.
