Update 04-19-26 I went on the Nextdoor app to share my experience and I was flooded with other people who shared their experience of this location. I received OVER 100 COMMENTS within a week. They all had something similar to say. Which means it’s not just me I have video of what happened If you come in with kids staff won’t acknowledge you because they think you just want to play instead of pay. They expect you to pay 8000$ for a pup cover in poop. Pet-land has to go Took my 4-year-old to look at puppies… and left very disturbed. We were told only “serious buyers” could view them, and we were only allowed to see a few dogs. The ones we were shown were covered in feces. When I asked for something to clean the puppy, I was told we could leave if we didn’t want to hold the dog as-is. If this is what they show customers, imagine what happens behind the scenes. Please do your research before supporting places like this. I didn’t know what a puppy mill was until I came here

We always stop in to look at the puppies, and the staff is always very attentive to our questions. The store is always clean and organized. It’s always a fun experience for my son and I. Marissa is always very professional and knowledgeable about the different breeds. Definitely recommend petland in Webster if looking for a new family member (puppy).

We had a wonderful experience at Petland Webster! We purchased our Dalmatian puppy, Glitter, and couldn’t be happier. Regan and Taylor were incredibly attentive and helpful throughout the entire process. They answered all of our questions, made everything smooth, and were able to get us approved quickly so we could be out the door with our new Valentine’s Day puppy. Thank you for making this such a special and stress-free experience!

Great clean place and awesome customer service. Gracie was so sweet! All the puppies were super fun to play with. If we ever decide to get a puppy this is the place !

My husband John and I just bought a cocker spaniel. We worked with the employee Sarah she was very attentive, very patient while we picked the perfect puppy for us. The application was fast and easy. We were able to leave with our puppy the same day. Definitely recommend this place for purchasing a puppy. Staff were very friendly and very accommodating!
