Recess

The vibes were nice and the food was fine, but the service and hospitality were terrible. We came as a group of four and invited a few friends to join us, so we asked to move to a six top. There were two six tops that were free for the whole two hours we were here, but the staff wouldn’t let us move to it. There were also other tables free but they didn’t let our friends sit separately either. Our friends were stuck standing around and weren’t able to sit with their food.

Recess is such a fun place to hang out. The space is huge, so even with a big group it never felt crowded. There’s plenty of room to walk around, socialize, and enjoy the atmosphere. The overall vibe is energetic and welcoming, making it a great spot to spend time with friends. Definitely a place I’d come back to for the fun atmosphere and spacious layout.

The food and service was mediocre to me, the Philly bites were fried outside but in the inside there was the blend of steak, cheese, etc. It was too mushy for me, especially when drinking. Our server was either very busy or very slow. Great atmosphere, security is top notch, I'm going back, just will be very careful about what I order. Oh the drinks were really good too.

Great concert venue. Very unique vibe and excellent sound quality. Venue gets cold at night. Definitely dress warm.
