Nice place with calm water. Peanut / hotdog boat comes around on the weekends.

This place is awesome for the family. Got a little beach for the kids drop anchor and hang out for the day.

Nice place to stop and let the kids play but definitely bring bug spray. The mosquito's will take off with you, if you go up on the shore without it

Cool place. I kayak here from Williams park which takes roughly 20-30 minutes. It's a small island that has a walking path that goes toward the middle of the island. There is a pavilion in the middle but last time I went some honey bees were making it their home. Would be great if there someone willing to bring it back to life if we got some donations to get together, because it is a really cool place to hang out and explore. Some good fishing around here as well.
