We have been going to the pet wellness center for 3 years to care for my English bulldog- they have always done a great job! I would recommend them to anyone looking for a great vet especially for senior dogs with teeth and ear issues

I am very happy to have found this vet clinic. It is comforting to have a vet who remembers your animals, thoughtfully considers your questions and input, and seems to truly care. Dr Meisen Mok patiently answers my questions, faithfully follows up appointments with phone calls to check on progress, and has provided excellent care for my two Vizslas. He has even done extra research and called me back with more information! My dogs are well cared for here.

Dr. Mike and the whole crew are amazing! They take the time to answer our questions and have provided excellent care to our furr-babies over the past 10 years! Dr. Mike is especially great when working with our 171 pound boy who can be difficult and very tempermental. Highly recommend!

Dr. Jewell was incredibly helpful & informative! He spent about an hour with us detailing why he felt a surgery recommended by another vet is not necessary. He was quite thorough & patient with all of my questions, plus his staff has already called to check in on my pup. This was my first visit there, and this practice definitely earned my trust.

Our dog is normally very anxious at the vet, whining non-stop and frantically tries to escape. I don't know what it is, but there is something magical about this place where she did not instantly freak out the moment we stepped inside. Once in the exam room, instead of frantically pacing and vocalizing, our dog laid down and was quiet, to our utter shock and amazement. When Dr. Mike (and other staff) came in the room, he (and they all) were all so incredible with her, and with us! They were all so patient, and happy to use treats during her exam (she is VERY food motivated, yet a lot of vet staff at other places rarely would use treats to encourage cooperative care). I have never felt so understood and heard in a veterinary clinic before, he really took the time to understand our concerns, her medical history, what we have tried, and to explain things to us. Our dog is very sensitive about her ears getting looked at, so we told them to muzzle her, and when they brought her back to the treatment area, he had no problems looking inside her ears, didn't even need a muzzle! She normally does not do well with men, but she did fantastic with him! During her exam, Dr. Mike was VERY detailed and thorough, catching a small lump and early signs of arthritis that hadn't been mentioned to us before. There was never any pressure to have any services done, everything was presented very collaboratively, and with a "you don't have to decide today, you are welcome to go home and discuss this more first." He informed of us a lot of things we were not aware of, and was very detailed when going over her bloodwork results in person. He was very honest and thorough, and so patient and kind in answering our questions. We expressed that we were happy to pay for anything they recommended and purchase her prescription diet, medications, etc. from them directly (happy to support the vet and not deal with things getting lost in the mail) yet they still offered several times to tell us the prices of things so we could comparison shop online, applied coupons we didn't know that existed, and informed us of prescription medication program benefits we could take part in that were unaware of. They go above and beyond to help their clients cut costs whenever possible, even if you do not ask! Dr. Mike himself went through different prescription options to find the most economical option without us requesting it, and called me to help coordinate ordering our dog's diet. They even special ordered us her food, medications, and supplements to be picked up at the clinic for our convenience! After the appointment, prior to her dental, and after her dental, they reached out to check in how she was doing, which was so sweet. Her dental check in was very easy, and they sent the cutest photo to update us once she was done. At pickup, a technician went over discharge instructions and at home preventative dental care in great detail with us, discussing in great details recommendations to try given our past issues with dental products causing GI upset, including special ordering a product for us. The technician was patient and thorough, easily spent 15 minutes with us. She has had dentals at other clinics before, none of the other practices reviewed post-dental instructions/specialized preventative care with us after, we were just sent home a generic info sheet, if that. The largest surprise, how AFFORDABLE dentals are here! Easily 1/2 the cost of the practice we went to in Greeley, which already we thought was reasonable. I expected Fort Collins to be more expensive, but not here!! (I love the hyper realistic fish screen savers they had on the computers too!) This place goes above and beyond, has superb veterinary care, outstanding customer service, and is the most transparent and affordable veterinary clinic we have been to with our dog throughout the 10+ years having her. I cannot praise this clinic enough.
