Fossil Ridge Animal Hospital

I have been a loyal client of this practice for many years and have always shown up for my appointments on time. Recently, I was informed of a new policy requiring a fee at the time of scheduling, which would be forfeited if an appointment is canceled. While I understand the need to address no-shows, I was disappointed to be subject to this policy despite having a perfect attendance history. I contacted the office manager to express my concerns and was told that I was right and that this policy would be adjusted for long-term clients who have never missed appointments. Based on that conversation, I scheduled my appointment. However, when I arrived, I was spoken to in a condescending manner by the veterinarian and told that going forward I would be charged simply to make an appointment. This felt misleading and unfair, especially after being told the policy would be reconsidered. I felt punished for the actions of others despite my long-standing loyalty and reliability as a client. Unfortunately, this experience has significantly impacted my trust in the practice. I am now seeking a veterinary practice built on trust rather than punishment.

We have been going to Fossil Ridge Animal Hospital for about 2 years now and they are just amazing. The staff are all so friendly, and they actually care about your pets! The communication is top notch, they will often follow up after visits just to check in, and they are always so helpful! They are also very reasonably priced, and don’t try to sell you all kinds of stuff you don’t need. Dr. Jill and her team work so hard and I am so glad we found them!

The entire team here is incredible. From welcoming our brand new puppy to helping us process the passing of our sweet old cat, everyone was knowledgeable, kind, warm and always eager to help. Prices are fair and every cost is discussed and justified before any treatments are done. We cannot recommend them enough!

We moved here from Washington in June and left behind a fabulous vet. Our dogs can be shy, so it was really hard leaving our old vet. Boy were we so lucky to find Fossil Ridge though! We have taken our 2 girls in a few times now, and Dr. Jill and her team always make sure we are taken care of. They took the time to let them warm up knowing they were shy, which means a lot. The prices are extremely fair, and they always go above and beyond when communicating with us. You can tell they really care about the animals. Super glad we found such a great business to take care of our girls when they need it. Thank you for being the best for our 2 girls!

They got my girls in so quickly and were incredibly friendly and kind. (Grace at the front desk is always an immense pleasure to speak with!) Dr. Cahill took the time to discuss treatment over the phone since COVID prevents me from joining them in the exam room. This office genuinely cares and they show it. ❤️
