This place is all right when you have a lovable groomer for your pup and patient one instead of but the past couple times have been very unlucky for my dog especially this time of round he now has a neck strain. Every time we’ve been here two out of three times he had to go to the vet due to emergency and unfortunately. So I’m very dissatisfied, especially for how you guys are treating small dogs and I understand, dogs can be really wiggly and everything but please have a patience, especially for the ones that are. please treat them with better care because it is not cool to have a dog with a neck strain and especially if you can be patient with them as well during the whole haircut process instead of rushing. Never coming here again. Sorry. After a couple experiences and him going to the vet a couple times with other injuries no thank you

I used to fly my dogs to California for the past 3yrs to get their haircut because I don’t like any of the groomers I’ve tried in DFW area. Now not anymore because I found Jenny. She’s got the magic scissors and turn my doggies so pretty

This is the worst pet place you could ever choose for your furry friends. They choose the style they want for you. My pet is a female Cocker Spaniel, and I requested her style, but they gave her a regular cut. The price starts at a reasonable price, and surprise charges appear at the end. My pet has pink razor marks on her anal and vaginal areas, like someone shaving a pig. That area is very sensitive, with a lot of burning on her skin, and her paws are constantly itching. My dog ​​​​doesn't have her whiskers anymore; they've had them re-cut. I've never been to a place with such unprofessionalism. Don't even joke around here. It's the worst place ever.

Been bringing my two dogs here for over 5 years… they have been consistently great every time. The staff is so sweet to the dogs and are very helpful.

They always do a great job with my mini labradoodle, Missy. The shampoo they use smells so good! They work quickly and I believe you can walk-in. I usually call ahead before dropping Missy off. And the prices are competitive. Try them!
