(from Google)Short, open trail. Thank you for keeping it clean, well lit, and beautiful. There are markers for distance every 1/4 mile and parking is free. The benches are available if you need to sit, and trash and doggie stations for those needs as well. Despite being near busy roads, they managed to use engineering to keep the trail reasonable quiet. There are spoonbills at this location, not just on the artwork.
There are a lot of reviews that mentioned the parking and it almost made me not even try this trail, however there is parking and even grassy areas to park, it’s not a lot but it was easy to find if you put the park into Apple Maps. The trail was nice and has shade! I recommend it! Lots of birds and good place for you to walk your dog, plenty of stops and trash and along the way.
Be coming here for 10 years and it’s always a good vibe. This city does a great job of maintaining the walkway. The other patrons smile , wave and leave you alone. All pets are leashed. Just a great place to walk and relax. There are alligators but it’s VERY rare to see them and they pose no threat to walkers on the path.
Nice place to walk, jog, bike or blade, clean, doesn’t seem too crowded. I’ve lived in the area for many years, and had seen people along the trail, but had never checked it out for myself before now. It’s very nice, a good place to walk, observe nature, take pictures, and you’re bound to come across others doing similar things. Overall, a pleasant experience, will definitely return. :-) Parking is available at the south end of Pauls Drive, right before it dead ends.
Very nice walking area. The walkway is very wide and the scenery beautiful. The path is free of litter and trash and there are trash bins located in several areas. Some parking is paved with plenty of space and little chance of having a door sent when returning. Additional parking is off road and on a fairly steep slope.
