BHV Austin

BHV is the absolute best. My pup started going as early as 11 weeks for daycare and boarding. Daycare at least once a week and boarding every time I travel. They are very communicative and so sweet and great with my pup. She sprints to the door when I drop her off!

I seriously love having BHV Austin right across the street from me. The convenience is amazing, but what really makes them special is how much they clearly care about the dogs. I’ve been bringing my dog, Sammy, here for about a year and a half now, and I can honestly say I’ve never had a bad experience. The last time I dropped her off, there were a few people at the front desk, and the moment we walked in, they all lit up and greeted her like she was a celebrity. It was genuine too—you could tell they were happy to see her. Sammy immediately forgot I existed and ran off with them, tail wagging, which made me feel great knowing she was excited to be there. BHV has also saved me a few times when I’ve needed to travel last-minute. They always find a way to fit us in and make it work, and I really appreciate that. This place is the real deal. They take what they do seriously, and it shows. Sammy loves it here, and so do I.

How have I never rated BHV all these years?! BHV has provided exceptional doggie boarding for our little guy for years! We know he’s safe and taken care of, medicines given, and see him having a good time from the pictures. :) We live in Round Rock now and we still take our fur baby downtown when we need an overnight stay because we love it there!

We would not trust anyone else with Sergeant and Pepper. We’ve traveled oversees with no anxiety about how our dogs are because BHV loves them as much as we do!

My pup had a fantastic time. It was great. we were visiting from the DFW area and he goes to a BHV brand up here. We decided to bring Beaughee to Austin instead of boarding him and was able to get him in to BHV South. Although not the same owners, they took him in for a trial day and the second day while we attended our event. We received the sweetest Report Card update and a pic. it was so nice and made us feel at ease knowing he was being cared for
