Very disappointed with the service here. A large part of my job is shopping and getting to know all the business owners in my area and giving honest feedback on my interactions. I'm sure the person at the store was having a bad day, but she refused to answer my basic questions and did not want to provide her name. Hopefully the quality of service improves in the future.

Good evening I called Raw pet foods store between 330 and 4 PM. Jillian was able to answer all of my questions. I am excited because my co-op that I belong to has dismembered. I was on my way to the store very excited and I’ve been trying to fight the flu or what not. I am going to come in tomorrow instead I’m sure that I’ll feel 1000% better and I look forward to doing business with your establishment thank you so much.

I absolutely love this place great selection of holistic dog food supplements treats all kinds of things CBD especially their CVG they have makes my dog feel so much better I can tell it relieves her pain and all I can say is good things about this place it's a shame it's so far away but definitely worth driving and will be back again for sure. I forgot the name of the owner's dog but she was adorable and very friendly and all around was a great experience thank you so much for offering such a cool place for our pets supplies!

I visited Raw Pet hoping to find a natural solution for my Great Dane’s anxiety and was genuinely looking forward to supporting a small, holistic pet business. Instead, before I had even fully opened the door, I was loudly reprimanded by the owner: “This is a store! This is a store! You can’t just come in off the street to pet my dog!” For clarity, no one touched her dog. We had not even stepped fully inside. If a personal Great Dane is stationed at the entrance of a retail space, it seems reasonable to expect customers to walk through the door without being shouted at — particularly in front of their children. When I calmly explained that I was actually there seeking help for my own Dane, the tone quickly shifted and I overheard an offer to “put the dog up.” Unfortunately, first impressions are powerful, and by that point the message had already been delivered. I came in looking for a remedy for anxiety. I did not expect to encounter it at the threshold. I sincerely hope the store experience becomes as thoughtful as the products it aims to provide.

I wouldn’t take my dog anywhere else for raw food/treats. They have great quality products you can’t find at other local spots. Everyone that works there is so nice and knowledgeable. They helped us with a skin allergy and made such a difference in our pups life. She has such a beautiful coat now. We love our monthly visits!! Highly recommend!!
