Pet Supplies Plus Orange Park

I had a spectacular experience at Pet Supplies Plus today! The store was clean, well stocked, and easy to navigate, but the real highlight was Gabe. He was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful without being pushy. He took the time to answer my questions and made sure I found exactly what I needed. Customer service like that is rare these days, and it definitely made my visit stand out. Huge shout-out to Gabe and the team — I’ll absolutely be back!

I have to be honest, this store surprised me in every possible way, in a way that is worth customer loyalty. It's the perfect example of why it's important to have local retailers who know their business inside and out and have the knowledge and care to help customers. I've been ordering large bags of pet food from Amazon using subscribe and save for quite some time, but I needed to find a cardiac care senior food suitable for my dog without breaking the bank on prescription food. I walked into the store expecting to find high prices. Imagine my surprise when I saw that the 55 lb dog food bag that I've been buying and subscribe and save from Amazon, to include getting the discount, was less expensive here. Add to that that the staff was able to immediately identify the key nutrients that I needed in a food for my senior dog and take me to show me a healthy limited ingredient food that I could get for him, and having already scanned some of the foods on the shelves that I was thinking about the one that they pointed me to was not the most expensive. This is store that has great staff, quality products, and unbelievable pricing. They deserve customer loyalty and if you're looking for a pet store this is the place to go if you live in Orange Park.

Our friendly neighborhood store! We love this place and don’t go anywhere else for our pets’ food or grooming! Nicole has been taking care of our dogs grooming for about two years and she’s the best hands down. Our dogs (especially Wall-E) LOVE her. She does an amazing job every time and Cocker spaniels coat cuts aren’t the easiest to get right… We’ve had many groomers in the past butcher their cuts but she never ever fails. Thank you so much Nicole! This review is way overdue!!

My go-to pet supply store! Great selection for typical pets and then some, decent salt and fresh water fish assortment. Big props to the dog groomers who have taken great care of my Cleo puppy a few times now (after/before photos provided).

This is one of my favorite pet stores for sure. It's a large store with lots of variety and good prices. They do have some collars and leashes that I haven't seen at other pet stores so it's always fun to look and see if I need to purchase yet another collar for my pups. The animals seem to be well cared for and they have a nice self serve bathing station. The customer service here has been consistently outstanding for the several years I've been visiting this store. They're always so friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable.
