Orange Park Aquatics

I was in town for my daughter’s dance competition and stopped in. This place is awesome! So much better than my local fish stores in Charleston, SC. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. The prices are the best I have ever seen. I went to another store in the Orange Park and Jacksonville area and OPA was 3x cheaper for hardscape, plants and certain fish and shrimp. They had aquatic plants for 3.99 a bunch. The other shop I went to charged $12-15 for the same plant and those were covered in diatoms and melting horribly. OPA had amano shrimp for 4.99 compared to the other shop at $11. The are also, 3x cheaper than my local area. I wanted to go back and spend a bunch of money before I drove back home, but time didn’t work out in my favor. But the next time I am anywhere near this place, I will be stopping by! If you are in the area and looking for amazing deals, stop here!

This store is the most reliable and knowledgeable store I have been to in Jacksonville. There is no pressure to buy anything and all questions are answered without judgement. I have been coming here for a little over 2 years and each time they are friendly and consistent. I came here when I was getting into the hobby and will continue to come here for as long as they are open. This place is a1 hands down the best

older man was grumpy, ok shop, good prices, I have been in the fish industry for 43 years. And just got attitude. I'll be back, hope he is nicer next time. ❤️1

Hands down this is one of the best fish shops I have visited. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. All of the tanks are clean and the fish are healthy. I love their selection of plants, driftwood and stones. Their prices are great. I will be back for more terrestrial plants for my turtle paludarium soon. It’s such a pleasure to see a fish shop that also sells terrarium and paludarium supplies. These can be hard to find unless you order online. If you are in Orange Park don’t miss out on this local treasure.

Owners are very friendly! Great deals on hard scaping materials. They have a wide variety of driftwoods and rocks. The fish there are nice and healthy. They have rare fish too such as Longfin Bristlenoses and Rusty Cories. Decent selection of plants and frags too. Display tanks look great.
