The Roller Coaster Event! Everyone, Thank you so much for resharing, giving notices, and pointing out safety concerns for all parties involved. It was a roller coaster for our family this morning at 1 am. Search party duration was 3.5+ and I went on overdrive having a restless night. I am so grateful for our community's commitment to one another. Most grateful to @Kiersten Staton for saving Teddy from the busy streets 🙏 Guys let me tell you, when I picked up Teddy at ZEN DOG GROOMING AND BOUTIQUE I didn't realize she's pregnant (She's the owner) Let's support her business for being so Brave, Caring, and Kind. Well deserved Reward - Purple Roots 100% bill will be covered👏 It will be honored for her family of 4 and soon to be 5. I will extend the Reward to her business staff for giving Teddy a Groom before we picked him up (Teddy was covered in torn stickers) What a day! Have a blessed one! 🙏

Absolutely amazing first time experience at Zen Dog! Our sweet mini aussiedoodle Affie is usually groomed by my husband at our home, however with our upcoming move, we needed to have him fully groomed and decided Zen Dog to be the perfect fit. They had availability when we needed it, and fit him right into the schedule, and did indeed ask for vaccine records before our appointment. We were a little nervous as Aff can be skittish but Alexis made him feel right at home. The cut is amazing, he smells like heaven, and Affie was in the best mood when I picked him up! I only wish we weren’t moving so we could bring him back again! Thank you Zen Dog and Alexis for taking such great care of our sweet boy 💌

Well, this will be my first one-star review ever. I took my lab to this place to get a bath and a nail trim. At first, everything looked fine, but I noticed his eyes were very red. I thought it might just be from the water or shampoo. Two days later, he wasn’t feeling well, so I took him to the vet. They said he has an infection, very likely caused by something at this place. Also, they never asked for his vaccination records, which I found very concerning. On top of that, they did a terrible job trimming his nails, as you can see in the picture. Very disappointed with the experience.

We have been coming to Zen for several years. Prior to coming here, we had to switch groomers several times, always because there was drama and inconsistency. At Zen, they always treat us and our pup with kindness and respect! Our appointment is on time, and done very efficiently. We are super glad we started coming to Zen- always very pleased!

Today was our first visit and I can't believe how kind and attentive they are. My Fancy Pants didn't seem the least bit angry with me for leaving her, so I know that she was comfortable. The intensive discussion we had before her first groom was very soothing for me, my baby is a bit high strung. They wanted to know everything about her. So glad I found them. We've already scheduled future appointments.
