Logan was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to really explain what was best for my tank and my fry. I had a lot of questions and he made everything easy to understand without making it overwhelming. You can tell he actually cares and knows what he’s talking about. I feel way more confident about how to take care of my fish now. Highly recommend asking for Logan if you need help!

Short Girl in the back there literally kept making me feel like I wasn’t a good fit for the pets I was inquiring about. Its extremely uncomfortable as im a first time buyer and was asking as many questions as I could and she kept saying “I want them to go to a good home”, as if she knows me. Shitty service. Glad I didn’t spend my money here.

I love Ana with my son Schnawzer Luna grooming but I would like for next time to cut shorter the top part, tail botttom part and arround face and ears. I will appreciate it. I know she is old and cannot be as shave as before due to her skin but it could be done shorter on the parts I name above. Thank you Ana for you good work and patience. 💕

I visited this location to get my Miniature Schnauzer groomed. They informed me my dog had some serious matting to which they had to cut it a lot lower. They then went on to say there is a rule on how low they have to and can cut it with scissors and clippers. Alright then. My issues comes in at they did a terrible job and charged me with a schnauzer cut when he didn’t even come out looking like a Schnauzer. I know he had some matting but it wasn’t to the severity that he needed ALL his hair cut off. (photos attached) I waited months to give an honest review, free of anger. Even with the hair still working to grow back. I will not be visiting them for grooming services… My Dog went in looking like Mr. Merlay and came out looking like Merlay.. 😭
