Absolutely trash! One of the box truck drivers had a problem with how I parked, as there was no room on the lot. Told the lady behind the counter and she brushed it off. I made my purchase and went to the barn to wait for someone to come up to me to get my item, instead had the kid on the forklift almost back into me with a fully loaded pallet. I went back in to speak to the lady behind the counter to see who I could report that to as well and all she told me is, they’re not here and she became very rude. Upon getting into my car, the box truck driver’s helper, decided that he was going to start talking trash to me as well.. Not professional whatsoever, it has definitely gone downhill since the new owners took over.

My friend was unable to get feed for her horses so I went by to pick up a bag. The young people (couple?) that was there was so nice and helpful since I really had no idea of what I needed except for a 10/10/10 bag of ya'alls version of horse feed! I got to see the house cat who apparently loves blueberry muffins. I love when a business has a mascot and what better than a kitty cat!

I’ve used Bliss for several years for my horse hay. When the Plant City location was closing they reached out to let me know and offered to still be my hay provider which I was very happy about. The delivery guys are always so sweet and do a great job. When I call to place the order, the ladies that answer the phones are also very sweet and helpful. I highly recommend Bliss.
