Excellent service, great atmosphere and sensational food! I am not a hot dog type of guy but I wanted something new. I am glad I had the pleasure of experiencing The Dogfather. They have lots of choices with plenty of toppings to choose from. Don’t be scared to try a new dog and in fact I will stop by whenever I am in the area and try a new dog. Thanks for the experience!

This was an amazing find! The customer service was great. Everything on the menu looked so appetizing, but what stood out to us was the elote frank! Also, this place has impossible franks! With me being a vegetarian I really appreciated this. I’ve always loved the taste of hotdogs but never wanted to have the meat ones. These vegetarian franks taste SO CLOSE to the real thing no joke. Not much of a wait either. My husband had the taco one & he reallly loved that one! They loaded it up with guac. Overall a 10/10 experience & well definitely try to be back for more! If you haven’t tried this place already I highly recommend!

I really like this San Antonio crispy dog thing. We spend $35ish on two chili dogs (good chili), two crispy dogs, half order tots and a soda. My hot dog loving husband not only approves, commented on how everything was solid. I really appreciated the crisp of the tots (coming from someone who prefers their potato in fry form). I also loved their message on the menu board.

First time here and on New Year’s Day. The Stinger and the crispy dogs were so good, as were the tots, curly fries and fried pickles. The White Cane soda was unique and tasty. Super friendly staff too. What a great way to start 2026. We’ll be back.

Small joint with friendly people and amazing hot dogs. We don't typically eat hot dogs but we'll definitely return when in San Antonio again. The food was plentiful, well seasoned and hot. I ordered the hot dog with hot cheetos. I've never had anything like it but really enjoyed it.
