I truly don’t have enough words to express how grateful I am for Mountain View Animal Hospital. They stepped in and helped my dog, Sampson, when another vet office originally did nothing for him. As a pet owner, that feeling of not knowing what to do or who will help is heartbreaking — and they changed that for us. The doctor was incredibly patient, compassionate, and knowledgeable. He didn’t rush us. He took the time to really examine Sampson, explain everything clearly, and answer all of my questions. You can tell this isn’t just a job to him — he genuinely cares about the animals and the families who love them. Shadow, the vet tech, was so kind and gentle with Sampson. She made him feel safe, and she made me feel heard. In a stressful situation, her warmth meant more than she probably realizes. The front desk receptionist was also so welcoming and caring from the moment we walked in. When your dog is hurting, it’s emotional and scary. This team treated Sampson like he mattered — and that means everything to me. I’m beyond thankful for the care, compassion, and professionalism they showed us. I wouldn’t trust my dog anywhere else.

The staff has been amazing!! They are always extremely helpful and always give my dogs. Great care. My dog got her dental cleaning today and they did amazing. They took great care of her and called me as soon as the surgery was over. The pricing was very reasonable as well.

Mountain View Animal Hospital has taken care of our two fur babies for years, and we are always so pleased with the care we receive. Dr. Furtado and the staff are compassionate and knowledgeable, and they treat our pets with love. Today, we had the experience of working with Dr. Furtado to bring peace to our eldest poodle. Though the experience was devastating, as expected, we are so thankful for the kind words, calm environment, and compassionate experience provided by the whole staff. This is a wonderful vet’s office and we are happy to be in their care.

My wife and I bring our two dogs here for all of their needs. The staff is above and beyond attentive and friendly. They remember our dogs and our dogs absolutely adore the staff there. So if you ever need to bring your cat anywhere, I wouldn't go anywhere else but here, because they are the best!

I can not say thank you enough for the treatment my family received from the staff at Mountain View Animal Hospital. From the front desk, to the vet room. I will miss my cat Odin, and my dog Fox for a long time. I am very grateful for this business for helping us.
