I just love this place! So cool you can self wash your dog for very reasonable prices here. Love I can hook up my 70 lb beast without him running off lol. My large Aussie rolls in lord knows what regularly too... I just get the 4-5 washes for $35 and it's great to come in whenever and scrub him down without an appointment! I also love their professional groomers and staff. They help so much with fancy deshedding and great cuts! Everyone is wonderful here and they have a nice selection too in their store. Very grateful for this place!

Thank you to the very kind employees at Pet Supplies Plus for showing us how to use the pet wash station. My dog got filthy at the park and I frantically googled a self wash station because there was no way he could go home like that. I’m so happy I found Pet Supplies plus, the employees were so nice and the pet wash was clean and easy to use. There also looked to be a huge selection of treats so we will definitely be back!

This is my favorite pet supplies plus in the area. Doggie wash station is always clean and tidy. The staff are very attentive and it feels like they truly care about their customers.

It’s nothing against the ladies working there,they are very kind, but it seemed like there is no organized system for the self cleaning showers. I had to wait for an extra 1:45 min AFTER paying. I was told there was no line, but after paying other people were jumping in front of me. There needs to be some kind of call or spot securing line to prevent this. I would understand if I didn’t pay yet then yes, first come first serve. But since I already paid this was just unacceptable service. Pls do better with communication in between shifts and keeping track on who paid and keep it in order. Do better. Other than that theself clean showers were nice(pls ass non slip rugs to prevent slipping hazard)Thank you, God bless.

Today my grandson and I visited the pet store to find several hamsters and birds with their names displayed by their enclosures. We watched lots of tropical fish and several variations of beta fish in their own small containers. The clerk is extremely helpful and answeeed my questions about why they have so many sales. Simply to show customers lots of love at the holidays. We watched a dog washer five a puppy a bath. The grooming area was empty as it was close to closing time They had many varieties of food for all Animals and extremely creative gifts. My grandson loved the cookie display and wanted to eat one but he finally realized that they were made with plain yougurt frosting.
