Hounds Town Naperville

I brought my newly adopted fur baby in for her evaluation, and Christina and Ben were so amazing with her. They figured out her perfect spot in the mix of their play groups, and made Bella feel right at home! Her first day was flawless, and she had a ball with her new fur friends! Thank you Hounds Town for a fantastic first experience for my Bella!!!!

This is solely based on the first evaluation visit and the girls up front seemed nice, but not completely well versed in everything they have to offer. I was also not a fan of the fact that I was not able to take a tour of the place and they couldn't really answer why. They wanted to blame it on the fact that they didn't want dogs to escape. Is there no-one back there watching the dogs?? Definitely not the place for us, their demeanor and lack of being able to take a tour is a no go for me. I want to feel comfortable about where I'm leaving my dog!

I’m so happy with our experience here! Every day we got a photo of our dog playing with the other dogs during daycare/boarding, which is so nice to have when you’re away from your pup for several days. Every staff member I’ve interacted with has been so nice to us and so friendly to our dog - you can tell they all love their jobs and I felt like I could trust that they would all take good care of our dog (which they definitely did!). We will definitely continue using their services! :)

The whole experience was fantastic for my dog and peace of mind for me. This was our first time boarding at Hounds Town for a week long vacation. Usually we pay a friend to take care of him. I appreciate their new customer process, I left him for a few hours trial appointment, which was enough to see that he enjoyed his time with the other dogs. During the week he was boarded, they sent pictures every night. He looked so happy. I paid for a bath before pickup, and added tooth brushing during his stay. I highly recommend Hounds Town and this location specifically. This is my new go to whenever I need to leave my little dog baby, either for a few hours or few days. Thank YOU for taking such good care of him.

We have tried different places for our dog that has some trauma response from when he was rescued and living in the Streets. Since the first phone call to every step of evaluation Jim and Staff does a great job explaining the pack dynamics .This place is a wonderful daycare that I recommend 🙏🏽❤️ I’m so happy with the staff and ownership!! They make our Black Lab feel loved, understood and appreciated.
