(from Google)The playground equipment is very nice and there's some good seating and walking paths. The only reason this park isn't a 5 star is because it's almost no shade. There is one covered patio/gazebo area but it is far from the playground and the play equipment also lacks any shaded areas.
Great park for all ages- clean and well kept daily. ADA swings
Nice place however, the park is being cleaned while people (children) are out in the playground couldn't walk around due to truck blocking walkway. Also power cleaning when we are trying to enjoy not kool. This is something that should be done before park hours or after park hours not during business.
Fun park for 3 year old! Park features: 4 traditional slides +1 roller slide A playhouse with a fence, drums, mailbox and counter A bridge 2 big kid swings 1 baby swing 2 high backed 5 point restraint swings A spiny thing with 2 levels and lots of ropes to climb Climbing ‘log’ wall A wobbly bench And more! There is also a gazebo for shade and picnic tables both in and out of the sun. Nice paved walking paths Wood chip mulch under the play areas
I really want to love this park, the play structures are so nice and a little different than other parks. The parking area has 5 spots, 2 of which are handicapped and 1 is a EV charging spot. That leaves street parking, but without straight access to the play area even from the parking lot you either walk through the new landscaping or the winding paths they built which isn’t always convenient especially with little kids. There isn’t any shade, I don’t understand why they couldn’t put shade sails in over the play areas and the tables. The tables are metal and get so hot the can’t be used, even at 9:30 in the morning. The lower slides to the spinning toy are great, but without an easy way for an adult to go up and down we are left walking through landscaping or a meandering path instead of directly to wear our kids are playing. There also isn’t an easy way for the kids to get back up to the top of slides unless they climb the wood or boulders around them. Sometimes feel like the people who design these play areas don’t actually have kids or don’t live where it’s hot. Also the dry creek area doesn’t make sense, and some of the water drains in the park will just destroy the landscaping.
