(from Google)Marie Kerr Park has become one of our favorite places to spend the weekend as a family. We go there often, and it’s always a great spot to relax, let the kids play, and enjoy some quality time together. The park is clean, well maintained, and has plenty of open space for kids to run around safely. The playground is a big hit with our family, and there’s something for everyone to enjoy, whether it’s walking, sitting, or just taking in the fresh air. What I really appreciate is how peaceful and welcoming the park feels. It’s a perfect escape from the busyness of the week and a great place to slow down and reconnect as a family. I highly recommend Marie Kerr Park to anyone looking for a family-friendly, enjoyable place to spend their weekends. We’ll definitely keep coming back!
Marie Kerr Park in Palmdale is one of my favorite spots to visit, especially in the summertime! The park is spacious, well-kept, and a perfect place for family gatherings or a peaceful day outdoors. One of the best features is their summer movie nights — it’s such a fun, community-oriented tradition. Watching a movie under the stars in a relaxed, friendly environment makes for a great evening out. The park staff are always so friendly and helpful, making sure the events run smoothly and everyone feels welcome. They really create a positive and inviting atmosphere, whether it’s for movie nights or just a regular day at the park. If you’re in Palmdale, Marie Kerr Park is definitely worth visiting. Between the movie nights, the welcoming staff, and the beautiful park, it’s a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the outdoors. Highly recommend!
The Visit to Marie Kerr Park Amphitheater Was Nice Was There To See Mobile Vietnam Wall
My wife and I have a love/hate relationship with Marie Kerr Park. Where do I begin? We come here for our daughter, the various accessible playgrounds do encourage her to be active and play--so that's the positive. The majority of families that comes here a very uppity, so chill out, you're all still in the AV. Security could do a better job as various times there have been teens and couples engaging in adulterous acts in the bathroom. Your rec center... it's awesome to have it for the kids especially with how hot it is out here, but your staff is garbage. Not all of them, but I'm not gonna let someone who is being paid on our tax dollars roll their eyes at my kid or anyone else's kids. You can not force people out before closing just because you want to get going. Be grateful to have a job during these hard economic times. Do not give me attitude because my kid wants to play. Don't not make other parents feel bad or force them to cut their child's play time short because you weren't in the mood to stick around a few more minutes. To your supervisor, the evening of 8/10/25 around 19:52 (7:52PM), these girls forced out a father and his child, and went out to collect the rented balls from parents and kids still using them. I left and called out their unprofessional behavior before they could even start with me.
Marie Kerr Park is great the way they run the amphitheater is not so great we used to be able to bring food from home and drinks from home but now they will even let you bring anything but water no food at all and they charging outrageous price to get in and the food trucks are overpriced
