(from Google)Ample shade. 2 playgrounds, 1 for younger ones. Other for big kids. Be careful of fire ants. Good amount of parking.
Ive been coming here ever since i was a kid and i loved it. Its soo pretty and theres alot of trails, some secret ones that alot of people dont know too. Theres alot of space to run here too.
A huge park to have family, gatherings, picnics, and just a great place to walk in general. They have a good size playground and lots of grass area to do yoga or tai chi. There is a ton of space to play outdoor games. The walking path around the park has what you call reading posts for children to engage in a story while they walk on the path. The part path leads to the timber Creek Trail. They also have a good amount of trash cans and recycle bins so there is no excuse for people to leave their trash around
This is a great spot to hike or walk your dog. It's not as big as it appears on the map, but still a good walk if you stay on the concret trails. There are couple of primitive trails that are really nice and one follows the creek. Looks like the primitive trails will really stretch your walk.
There a nice playground here with lots of picnic benches under some shade trees. There's a playground for big kids and another one for the litter ones. There are several pavilions you can reserve or just have a picnic if they're not in use. There are bathrooms here, but I didn't check if they're open. The real hidden treasure here are the nature trails!!
