We have been using Dear Madison for around six years and our two dogs (Duke and Izzy) go there every weekday while we are at work. We also board them when we go on vacation. Jean Ann, Janelle and the team are part of our family now and we trust them completely with our beloved pets - who also absolutely adore them! Jean Ann has gone above and beyond for us and we couldn’t appreciate her more. She is our ‘pet guru’ and we rely on and trust her expertise. Duke and Izzy recommend Dear Madison for keeping them safe and happy and for everything else in between!

We boarded our 3 dogs for a week while on vacation. I usually hire a sitter to stay at home with them, but decided to board after reading all the amazing reviews for this place. The pictures we got was such a sweet gesture to ease our minds while away. They look like they had the time of their life and made new friends. Just look at their smiles! I loved the entire place, very clean and you can tell all the staff are true animal lovers. We highly recommend Dear Madison and already booked them again in April for our next vacation.
