Pet Supermarket

The employees here are very kind, helpful, and clearly care about the animals. I’ve never had any issues with staff. I came in for cat food and ended up leaving with a betta fish because I was concerned about the water temperature they were being kept in. Bettas are tropical fish and require warm water, and many of them appeared pale and stressed from the cold. Once home, I kept him at a stable 78–79 degrees, and within a short time his color and energy completely returned. It was amazing to see the transformation. I understand this is unfortunately a common practice in many pet stores, but I truly hope betta care standards can continue to improve. Even something simple like low-watt food warming mats under the containers could help keep the water at a safer temperature. I’m grateful to the staff for their kindness, and I hope this feedback helps bring awareness to better betta care. 🙏❤️

So, this Pet Supermarket's customer service was and is, amazing to say the least. Two of the women👯‍♀️ that work here, used to work at the Pet Supermarket on Fowler avenue🛣️, and they've always been a great help🥇. I wish they were closer, but everything happens for a reason!🙄😔🤬 Anyways, just to point out 📍yes I do have bathroom🚽 pictures, their bathroom🤮 was disgusting🤢 . That is the only reason for the⭐⭐⭐⭐, has nothing to do with the cleanliness 🧼🧽of the store, just the the bathroom 🚽🪠was were disgusting☢️. If you look at the pictures📸 that look like just white⚪ or nothing... if you zoom in 👁️‍🗨️ there was dust🐰 hanging from the ceiling like and just rings💍 around the bottom of the toilet and they had stuff duct taped🗳️ in there. I don't know why but it just was not somewhere wherei would take my animals 🦓🦄🦚🦈into. But other than that the experience was great the animals🐹🐭🐰🐈 were well kept and fed 🍽️ and as well as this supermarket is huge when I tell you it's huge🏰 it's gigantic.🗺️ This is the biggest Pet Supermarket that I've ever been to. And everybody and everything was in its place and the manager there is amazing 😍 🤩 and I wish they would come back closer to me but another day another 💵.
