$150 for a 4lb dog grooming that turned out terrible. First time customer, will absolutely never return, surprised this place was so highly recommended. If you look at recent reviews it looks like I'm not the only unhappy one. Pricing is deceptive, up-charges are hidden (how much is the hypoallergenic shampoo? Who knows, it doesn't tell you), $85 for grooming but somehow total bill was $150+. Price aside, I would have be fine paying if it was a good grooming but it wasn't. Ears uneven, hair totally uneven all over (chest, legs, back), didn't trim inside her ears, she didn't look brushed or anything. When we brought her home she just clung to us like she was scared, more than any other place we've taken her to (including the ER Vet where she stayed over night!). Called and they said "bring her back within 48 hours to fix it", so no luck if I don't have the ability to come back during those 2 days. No remorse, no apology, just "bring her back to fix it". Honestly I wouldn't even consider bringing her back, even if I could, considering how scared she seemed afterwards. I rarely leave bad reviews (feel free to check my profile), but this one really irked me. I've been paying for dog grooming for 15+ years, some bad, some good, this one is by far the worst.

This place needs to fix several things. First of all, making an appointment with them is extremely difficult—especially through their online service—and their staff is far from professional. The first time I took my little dog there, they left him with scratches on his inner thighs and belly. Even so, I decided to give them one more chance; I explained what had happened and took him back. This last time, when I arrived, they demanded proof that he was vaccinated against rabies. Obviously, my dog is completely up to date on all his shots—I had provided all his vaccination records and other information during my first visit. What I couldn't understand was why they don't let you know when you book an appointment that you have to bring all that documentation with you *every single time* you bring your dog in. It’s a ridiculous requirement; you would assume that if a dog has been there before, they would already have his information on file in their system—at least, that’s what professional establishments do. I wasn't about to drive all the way back home just to retrieve that information, and consequently, they refused to provide the service. Furthermore, the way I was treated was horrible—extremely dismissive and rude. If that’s how they behave toward me and my dog right to our faces, I shudder to think how they treat the dogs when they’re behind closed doors. I’m glad to say that I will never be going back there again.

I took my baby girl (a 7 year old dog) to get a nice shorter haircut for the summer. When I went to pick up my dog I almost didn’t recognize her. She looked positively beautiful with an amazing summer cut. I was speechless. I will definitely be taking my dog back to this location and to the new friends I just met. They have a new groomer to add to the list of great groomers there. Call for an appointment for your baby girl or boy and ask who did Skye Evans’ groom recently?!?!?!

I have to preface this with the fact that I’ve been to this location before and always had a great experience. However this last time was awful and I won’t return. We brought my golden there for a last minute booking (which we were so grateful about that they were able to get us in, and the receptionist was phenomenal , both on the phone and in person so this had nothing to do with her!). We asked for an outline trim and showed them a photo. When my husband got home with him, I was shocked. It was clear they shaved him, instead of using scissors to trim him. It is so well known you DO NOT shave a golden. The picture below was from before - typically fluffy golden. He just needed a trim. After he is fully shaved . I just hope his hair grows back normal after this

Great first experience! My dog Prince came out of grooming looking adorable, exactly how I like it, and for the first time, he wasn’t shaking or nervous afterward. He looked genuinely happy! The staff was super friendly, and the shop itself is really cute. Highly recommend!
