Been living in OB for over a decade and this place hands down has THE BEST burger. Delicious food, great atmosphere- our go to place when dinner isn’t being served at home.

Excellent food. Attentive service. Good surroundings. Warm feeling atmosphere. Most questions below fo not apply. We had a small get together for a memorial. 25 people. Salmon, chicken, ziti, potatoes, trimmings were served buffet style.

Stopped in for a burger and a beer. This place is a solid 4. I normally laugh when a restaurant asks how you want your burger cooked cause it always comes out well done. I asked for medium, and it fame back medium. If I knew they could nail it, I would have gone medium rare. The burger was well seasoned and excellent flavor. Fries were good too. Great lunch I had.

The Homestead has the best burger that I've had in a while. We stopped by during our trip to Oyster Bay and couldn't have asked for a better experience. Our server, Katie, was super nice and attentive despite having lots of tables. The lunch menu felt like such a steal and had lots of options. Our group of four ordered two Sriracha burgers, the Texas burger, and the fig and prosciutto pizza and everything was amazing. The burger patty was so much thicker than I was expecting (I had to include a picture just to show how thick it is) and the fries were perfectly crispy. We went on a Monday and there was plenty of street parking nearby. The prices were extremely reasonable and we were absolutely stuffed after.

We visited when they were a somewhat rushed for service and therefore had to wait a little, but the staff were friendly and understanding (we had young kids with us that needed food thrown into them). The space and decor is dark but well designed as a warm feeling space erring on the traditional pub design. The menu looks to be regular pub-grub but actually is a higher standard: the burger was quality (a generously proportioned) but the pulled pork was fantastic.
