(from Google)We had a nice dinner, with a group of friends, at Wild Honey in Oyster Bay to celebrate a friend’s birthday. The food is consistently good, the service is quick and friendly. The Skillet Mussels are a good choice but stay away from the Thai BBQ calamari, the flavor just doesn’t work. The Double Cut Pork chop and the fall of the bone Baby Back ribs are a winner. The WH Burger and the Glazed Salmon got great reviews but the Oven Roasted Chicken that I usually love was a bit tasteless and one part undercooked. The restaurant is a very lively place with a fun crowd and a good bar scene ( the bar is small ) and the menu is varied enough for everyone.
The service was quick and the food was delicious but the highlight of my night was my tailored made drink, so incredible and everything I requested in a drink, Gigi delivered!! Great service and go to the bar and have Gigi make you a drink, you won’t regret it.
Stumbled upon this spot for lunch after a walk along the water and was able to sit outside. They had a wine and dine lunch special - app, entree, and glass of wine for $35. I had the beet and brussel sprout app per the waiters recommendation. OUTSTANDING! Then a chicken BLT wrap that was delicious with the perfect side salad. The whole meal was an absolute treat. I will definitely go again when I’m in the area!
I had lunch with my mom here on a whim. We were greeted upon arrival. The place is small but clean and welcoming; adorned with beautiful flowers and other decor. I don't recall the gentleman's name who served us but he was pleasant and patient with us while we decided what to order. He also checked on us a few times to ensure we were satisfied with our meal. We chose the spinach and truffle baked oysters to start and the chicken & rib combo as well as the chicken pesto pasta for entrees. The food was hot and delicious when served. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal. If ever we are back in the area we will dine here again.
Went to search for a nice place to walk after work and discovered in Oyster Bay a trail at Sagamore Hill. Then afterwards we found the”Pearl” of the evening in town called Wild Honey restaurant on the corner of Main Street and happened to be LI Restaurant Week and opened on a Monday! The atmosphere and decor was elegant but very laid back and comfy. The special menu had great selections and the $47pp full course deal was the way to go; app, entree and dessert! I started with the Beet, goat cheese, chopped Brussels sprouts with walnuts along with the fresh Seafood ceviche which both were wonderful. Next our entrees of the Salmon with assorted steamed veggies upon a creamy cauliflower purée and the Panko crusted flounder that were both amazing. I was definitely pleased and Wild Honey had me sold at the first bite of the evening with the Flavors, freshness, presentation and service for the entire evening also their portions were remarkable. The desserts we both ordered were a Chocolaty cake with ice cream and whipped cream made our meal “over the top”. Wild Honey is definitely a wonderful place to bring your friends and family to celebrate occasions and guaranteed to leave satisfied. Thank you Chef and all staff, excellent! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
