Pet Supplies Plus Zephyrhills

I travel about 30 minutes to visit here instead of a major pet store. Generally I’ve been pleased, but the last two times I’ve been unable to do a walk-in for a nail trim, though they advertise such. And this last time, the washing station was disgusting. I expect to see some dog hair here and there in that area, but it was covering everything from the floors to the walls to the shampoo pumps to the water hoses and blowers to the dry towels. I’ll have to see some changes before I return.

The staff are really nice and very helpful, very reasonable prices too! I got a new dog, and they helped me fit him with a new harness and a raincoat! LOL. Also, they'll just get you what you need. They don't make you just look around for it. As I said, very helpful! I always go there! 😀😀

There are so many Things to mention in this review, but I will start with this. I love this place! I come here biweekly to give my Labradoodle Langston, a self wash. Everyone in here is so nice, welcoming, and so friendly to my dog. But today, they exceeded my expectations! Dealing with my busy day, I Lost track of time it was almost unable to pick up my guys dog food. I called in at 8:49 PM because the store closes at 9 PM. An associate by the name of Aaron answered the phone and I told him my predicament and that my GPS would me there at 9:02 PM and I really needed dog food. He remembered who I was, and called my Labradoodle by the newly dubbed name Afro, because of his Haircut. He told me the latest he could stay open is 9:05 PM which was more than what I needed. When I got there, he had the dog food I needed at exactly 9:02 walking in the door. Thank you Pet Supplies Plus and thank you, Aaron for making our night. You will always be my go to pet store. Thank you. I would give you 10 stars, but Google can’t count that high!

Came to Pet supplies looking for a good dog food for our picking and sensitive yorkipoo. The staff was so friendly and helpful and I picked out the Hart Wick brand food the chicken one for our little guy. What little did I know that is Pet supplies brand and the fact that it comes from farms is even better. So I went home with the new food and our little guy at first went crazy over it but then started having problems and I went back to the store and got the beef flavor one and omg he went nuts over the smell as soon as I opened the bag. Needless to say he has an allergen to chicken and Pet supplies was so helpful with this too. Moving forward this little guy Ollie was in much need of a grooming so I book and appt and the grooming staff was so laid back, informative, answered all my questions of concerns and pretty knowledgeable too. I was booked with Shawn. The day of our appt Ollie's first visit and meeting Shawn. He was a little nervous and Shawn was able to calm him down and he was able to be groomed. Shawn made the suggestion of the teddy bear cut for his and when I picked him up that was the best groom he had gotten and the teddy bear look is definitely Ollie style and we will stay with it. I am booking another appt with Shawn since Ollie liked him and want him to keep getting used to Shawn. Shawn is amazing and very gentle with the dogs and knows his stuff too. Shawn comes highly recommended.

Staff is always very nice and helpful. I bring my service dog in training and they are attentive to my needs. The grooming dept is awesome and takes great care of my dog. The store in itself is always fully stocked and they carry a great variety of products. Hopefully in the future they can carry prescription food ?
