Nice small beach that juts out into the Gulf. We came early in the morning and the place was very quiet and we saw dolphins. It was pretty shallow, I walked out about 20 feet and it was still only about a foot deep. There are nice covered picnic areas. The parking lot isn't huge but neither is the beach. There were nice bathrooms.
I love this little beach! My mom walked here everyday for 20 years. Her ashes were released here. My family has great memories of Sunset Beach. We love the Little Free Library too! Not a fan of the playground.
A suitable place to spend the afternoon after a day of work or stress. This place is very peaceful, has bathrooms available, and is accessible and safe. A family-friendly environment. 🌿
Amazing comfy beach with white sand and warm waveless water. Good place to have fun with kids, friends. It's good beach but there's some grassy stuff in the water. There are bbq zones and playground, restrooms, vending machine.
