No options for 0 stars!!! After an extense search to find a groomer for our dog, we found this place. We made a reservation through their text back response option. We were offered a day / time and we confirmed we would be there... They sent us a link to complete the profile, and we did! We even added the CC information as it's part of the profile... We showed up to the appointment. Long story short, they did not take our dog. The lady tried to say the appointment wasn't confirmed until I showed her the text conversation and she had no option but to agree they had dropped the ball. They offered to take my dog and crete him until they finished other dog, although we had made our appointment and they didn't complete their job accordingly... All they offered us was an app for next Thursday, from Sunday, that was our app... Very unprofessional!!! Do Not make appointments with this businesses! Waste of our time!!!

I recently took my dog Martina to Fetch, and it was a fantastic experience! The grooming service left her looking and smelling amazing, and the dog hotel was a hit. The staff was friendly, the facility was clean, and Martina had a blast during her stay. I highly recommend Fetch for all your dog's needs!

I had an incredible experience at this dog grooming establishment. They skillfully handled my less than friendly dog, and the staff's patience and expertise put a scared dog mom like me at ease. The result was beyond my expectations – my furry baby looked absolutely stunning, like a star from a shampoo commercial. Smells amazing too. Highly recommend their services!
